Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Kearney, Nebraska
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Shift: Days
Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
Weekend/Holiday Coverage: Every 3rd weekend and every 3rd holiday rotation

Job Description

Provide nursing care in a Long Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
Utilize Point Click Care electronic health record system.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience working in LTC/SNF facilities.
Valid Nebraska LPN license or compact LPN license.
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Work Schedule & Conditions

12-hour shifts primarily during the day.
Workweek runs Sunday through Saturday.
Guaranteed 36 hours per week.
Overtime availability.
No on-call or call-back responsibilities.
Weekend and holiday rotations occur every third week.
Local placements within an 80-mile radius.

Additional Information

A $500 fee applies if the clinician cancels or quits with less than 14 days’ notice.
Housing options may be available with local rates applied.
