Overview
- 13-week contract
- Location: Clarion, Pennsylvania
- Unit: ICU
- 8 beds
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 3
- Shifts: 7a–7p and 7p–7a
- Every other weekend
- Every other holiday
- No call or standby
- No floating
- Dress code: Any
Required Qualifications
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- Prior ICU experience
- RN license
- Must be able to titrate drips
- Must be able to interpret cardiac rhythms
Unit Details
- Common patient types: Cardiac, Neuorology
- Charge nurse takes an assignment
- No nurse aides or patient care techs on the unit
- Hospitalist with Resident or Mid Level for night call
- RT in ICU 24/7 as needed
- RT covers all ventilator management
- Nihon - Kohden monitors

- Unit/department-specific orientation varies based on experience
