Job Details

• Work Days/Hours: Tuesday - Thursday, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM (overnight shift, no flexibility)
• Candidate must hold either a Georgia LMSW or LCSW license
• Must be proficient in Epic electronic health record system
• Emergency Department (ED) experience required
• Open to local candidates as well

Required Experience

Required Documentation & Compliance

• Proof of identity documents (I9, Social Security Card, Government-issued photo ID)
• Background checks including SSN trace, statewide, county, nationwide, sex offender, and 7-year criminal check updated annually
• Drug testing: 10-panel plus nicotine/cotinine test within 60 days of start
• Physical exam: Required within 1 year of start (not required to be updated annually)
• Immunizations and Titers:

  • Tdap vaccine required (no declinations accepted; religious/medical exemptions possible but require approval)
  • Negative TB test (Qgold or Tspot within 3 months of start; PPD not accepted)
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella: Positive titer or 2 vaccines required; boosters and re-titers required if titers are negative or equivocal
  • Hepatitis B: Proof of positive titer or declination accepted
  • Flu vaccine: Mandatory for current season, no exemptions accepted
• Fit Mask (N95) test: Must be completed within 12 months of start; specific mask models required; onsite testing allowed but discouraged

Additional Requirements

• Must complete facility-specific confidentiality and security agreement prior to start
• Must complete annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Joint Commission training or attestation
• References: Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations required
