PCU/Oncology RN Travel Contract

Location

Dayton, Ohio

Schedule

Day shift
4x12 hours
36 or 48 hours per week
No block schedule
Every other weekend and holiday required

Contract Length

13 weeks

Unit Overview

Mixed-acuity oncology and hematology unit
Patient population includes medical-surgical and advanced care patients
Floating required to all stepdown/advanced care units

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Oncology experience
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

Sickle cell experience
Chemo certification
Level 1 or Level 2 experience
Travel experience

Additional Notes

Nurses with ONS certification may administer chemotherapy on the unit
N95 fitting is required before working on the HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered or needed
Navy blue scrubs required
