Job Overview

• Weekend Requirement: Every 5th weekend, both Saturday and Sunday

• Local Candidates: Not accepted if living within 25 miles of the facility

Required Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Minnesota
• Speech Language Pathologist (1 year of experience)
• Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Acute care experience
• Bedside swallow evaluations and treatments experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Video fluoroscopy swallow evaluation experience

Additional Notes

• Floating within scope may be required based on facility needs
• On-call requirement is to be determined by the unit
• Block scheduling is to be determined by the unit
• Finalized requested time off must be included with submission
• No time off is allowed within the first week of the start date
• No more than 10 days of requested time off per assignment
• Guaranteed hours are contracted hours
