Overview

• Location: Ionia, Michigan
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Nights, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Patient population: Adults to geriatrics
• Setting: Acute care hospital

Schedule and unit details

• Every other weekend required, sometimes every third weekend
• Block scheduling is allowed
• No floating at this time
• Patient ratio: 1:5
• Unit manages CHF, diabetes, orthopedic, chest pain, pneumonia, and COPD patients
• Unit includes insulin drips and Cardizem drips
• No vents

Required qualifications

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• Telemetry experience with 2 years of experience
• Telemetry experience within the last year
• ACLS issued by the American Heart Association
• BLS issued by the American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
