Schedule

• Day shift, Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Call required two days per week and every third weekend

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Iowa
• Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Experience with Epic
• 2 supervisory references, with at least one within the last year and the second within the last 2 years
• 7 years of employment history, or back to college/technical school graduation, with no gaps greater than 30 days
• Current and valid phone number and email address on resume
• Resume must include education details, including completion date, school name/location, and degree obtained
• Copy of passport, driver’s license, or government-issued ID
• Background check within 30 days of start
• Education verification through the traveler’s school or a program like the National Student Clearinghouse for the highest level of education
• State license verification within 30 days of start
• 10-panel drug screen including THC within 30 days of start
• Annual physical or statement of health within 1 year of assignment start
• Fit test within 12 months
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years, or declination
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 90 days of start
• Proof of immunity or vaccination for Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
• Mandatory Reporter certification for Child Abuse and Dependent Adult Abuse
• Skills checklist for the unit assigned and any units floated to
• Unit-specific competency exam for each department assigned to or floated to

Preferred

• NIH Stroke Certification
