Job Details:
Job Title: Sterile Processing Tech (SPT) Surgical Services
Location: Largo, MD
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1050.91 - 1103.46
Schedule: 15:00 - 23:30
Contract Length: 13 weeks.
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: either CBSPD or IAHCSMM/SPA required; BLS preferred
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>
Assemble and sterilize surgical trays in accordance with hospital protocols

</li><li>
Float within the specialty, including rotating through decontamination and to Laurel campus as needed

</li><li>
Prepare sterilization equipment such as SPM and Steris V-Pro

</li><li>
Assist with decontamination processes during scheduled shifts

</li><li>
Work as part of the Surgical Services team to ensure timely sterilization of equipment
