Labor and Delivery RN

Overview

Travel/contract role in Worcester, Massachusetts
13-week assignment
Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00–19:00
36 hours per week
Local candidates accepted

Unit / Assignment Details

Maternity float pool assignment
Will work both L&D and PP

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
Post Partum experience
AWOHNN
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
Experience with Epic

Additional Screening / Testing

Medication exam required
Telemetry exam required for RNs working in units with telemetry monitoring, including L&D
Only one attempt is allowed for the telemetry exam
Pass/fail exams must be completed at orientation; failure results in immediate cancellation
