Physical Therapist (PT) - Oncology Rehabilitation
Location: Keene, New Hampshire

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Oncology Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with cancer-related impairments such as pain, fatigue, lymphedema, and functional limitations. The role involves creating individualized, evidence-based exercise programs, providing patient education, and coordinating care with oncologists. Responsibilities include managing musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiovascular needs across the cancer continuum—from diagnosis to rehabilitation, survivorship, and palliative care.
Typical patient care includes 60-minute evaluations and 30-45 minute treatment sessions, treating one patient at a time. The daily workload typically consists of 2 to 3 evaluations and multiple treatment sessions.
Patient Population
- Primarily adult patients, but experience with all age groups is welcome.
- Patients with cancer-related impairments requiring rehabilitation.
Work Environment & Schedule
- No non-billable orientation.
- Dress code: Personal scrubs of any color or business casual (athleisure/stretchy clothing allowed, but no leggings or crop shirts). No open-toe or open-back shoes.
- Scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of application; no schedule accommodations or time-off requests will be approved after offer.
- No more than 5 days of requested time off during the assignment.
- Must have own vehicle for assignment.
- Local candidates residing within 50 miles will not be considered.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of current Physical Therapy experience (No new graduates).
- Outpatient Orthopedic experience required.
- Oncology Physical Therapy experience required.
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system required.
- Experience with Expro system required.
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license (or Compact license valid in NH) must be in hand at profile upload.
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification required.
- Skills checklist current to within 1 year, pertinent to Physical Therapy specialty.
- Permanent address must be included in profile.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel experience highly preferred.
Additional Notes
- This assignment is not suitable for candidates seeking to work concurrently with another permanent or travel placement.
- No schedule accommodations such as block scheduling will be accepted.
- All scheduling and time-off requests must be made at the time of application submission; requests after offer may result in offer rescission.

Physical Therapy Modalities
- Competency in standard PT modalities such as Estim and Ultrasound (USD) expected; device-specific training will be provided.
