Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Phlebotomy experience within the last year
Proficiency in stroke scales
Experience caring for neuro-type patients
Experience with post-trauma patients
Float capability
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

Summa Pharmacology Exam

Onboarding / Compliance

EPIC usage in the last 12 months must be included on the resume
Float required
RTO due at time of submission; maximum 7 days
No RTO during the first two weeks of the assignment
No block schedule requests
Solid black scrubs required
Nursys within 30 days of start
License/Certificate Verification within 30 days prior to start
Fit test
