Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Technician) - Syracuse, NY
Job Details
- Specialty: Echo Technician (Cardiac Sonographer)
- Location: Syracuse, New York
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 07:45 AM – 4:15 PM
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: No call, no weekends, most holidays off
- Work Setting: Travel between multiple sites as needed (including Watertown and Brittonfield offices)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of Echo Technician experience, with experience within the last year preferred
- Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) certification required
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association required
- Experience with GE Healthcare ultrasound equipment preferred
Additional Information
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred, specifically EPIC
- No local contracts; candidates must be within approximately 75 miles proximity to the work sites
