Job Details:
• Work in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) providing intermediate level patient care 
• Holiday schedule requires working every other or every third holiday 
• Monitor and care for patients who require more intensive observation than general medical floors but less than intensive care 
• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions 
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes 
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records 
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians 
• Monitor vital signs and patient status changes
