Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Med Surg / Telemetry (3 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Health and Compliance Requirements

MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
Hepatitis B immunity, vaccination series, or declination
Tdap within the last 10 years or declination
TB testing within the required timeframe
Fit test completed before start and within the last 12 months
Physical exam within the past 12 months with no restrictions
COVID-19 vaccination proof or declination is optional

Additional Onboarding Notes

Driver’s license or state ID must be current and legible
Color headshot required
State license verification must be completed within 30 days prior to start
Background check must include county, national, and exclusion checks
Drug screen must not include marijuana
TN visa proof is required for candidates holding a Canadian-issued license
