Location: Traverse City, Michigan
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (13 weeks)

Job Details

• Specialty: Radiology Technician
• Shift: Days (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
• Schedule:

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday (36 hours)
  • Week 2: Sunday & Monday (24 hours)
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holidays: Required depending on holiday date
• On-Call: 2 to 3 times per month
• Required Experience: O-Arm experience required

Required Certifications & Licenses

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – Must be active at start date (AHA or American Red Cross accepted)

Requirements/Qualifications

• Radiology Technician with at least 1 year of experience
• Radiology Technician experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ARRT certification
• Valid Driver’s License

Required Onboarding Documentation & Compliance

• Proof of MMR vaccination or positive titer
• Proof of Varicella vaccination or positive titer (history not accepted)
• Negative TB test within last 6 months (T-spot, QuantiFERON, or 2-step skin test) or appropriate follow-up if positive
• Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Nov 1 – Apr 30), no declinations accepted unless approved medical/religious exemption
• Fit for Duty health statement completed within 1 year of start date
• Valid Driver’s License or State ID
• Social Security Card (upload within 24 hours of offer acceptance)
• Munson Drug Screen results within 90 days prior to start
• Ishihara Compliant Color Vision Exam

Background & Verification Requirements

• Criminal background check within 90 days (7-year national, all aliases, sex offender, FACIS Level 3, no pending counties)
• Education verification (third party or diploma)
• Employment verification (minimum 2 employers over 2 years, matching resume)
• Social Security verification (actual verification, no trace or attestations)
• OIG, OFAC, and National Sex Offender searches within 90 days, including all aliases
• Completed I-9 attestation
• Emergency contact form
• Signed healthcare system agreement (to ensure system access)

This position requires a Radiology Technician with O-Arm experience, available for a 13-week long-term assignment with a day shift schedule including weekend and holiday coverage, plus on-call duties. Candidates must meet all certification, health, background, and competency requirements prior to start.
