Overview

• 13-week assignment in Bristol, Connecticut
• Day shift
• 40 hours per week, plus call
• Starts ASAP
• 8 OR suites
• Average daily case volume: 15-25
• Common cases include Urology, Gyn, Robotics, Ortho, Spine, Plastics, and Bariatrics
• Unit orientation: 3 days
• Scrub color/dress code: Turquoise

Required Qualifications

• RN license
• CPR/BLS
• 5 years minimum previous experience in OR
• Must be able to circulate
• Previous travel experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrub experience is highly preferred

Schedule and Call

• Shift times: 6:45a–3:15p / 6:45a–5:15p
• Weeknight call: 7p–7a Monday through Friday
• Weekend call: 7a–7a Saturday or Sunday
• Holiday call: Yes
• Separate call rotation for travelers starts after regular staff pick their call shifts
• Call response time: 30 minutes
