Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Resource Pool (All Units)

Location: Morgantown, West Virginia
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Overview

This Resource Pool position covers all Medsurg, Stepdown, and Telemetry units. Nurses must be versatile and strong in multiple areas including Stepdown, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General Medicine, and Oncology.

Units Included

8 EAST - MedSurg (Stepdown & Floor)
8 WEST - Stepdown/Floor
8 NE - Stepdown
6E - Long term antibiotic infusion unit
7 EAST - Trauma & General Surgery Inpatient Unit
7 WEST - Stepdown & Floor
7 NE - Ortho Neuro
10 EAST - Neuro Stepdown & Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU)
10 WEST / 6 WEST - Neuro
9 EAST - Surgical Oncology/MedSurg (Stepdown & Floor)
9 WEST / TCTU - Medical Oncology/Stepdown
8 WEST - Weekend dayshift cluster (Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, Monday), 7am-7:30pm; holidays as scheduled

Patient Ratios

Stepdown: 1:3
Medsurg/Telemetry: 1:6
Each unit has up to 34 beds

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license
ACLS (AHA) certification
BLS (AHA) certification
Epic experience required
Must be well-rounded and strong in Stepdown, Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General Medicine, and Oncology

Preferred Qualifications

Level 1 trauma experience
Prior travel experience preferred (not explicitly required)

Additional Notes

Royal Blue Scrubs required
Submission restrictions apply within the WVU system (not relevant for candidate consideration)
Drivers license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility (for submission eligibility)
