Job Opportunity: Mammography Technologist

Location: Prescott Valley, Arizona
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Seeking a Mammography Technologist with breast imaging experience, including mammography and breast ultrasound. The position involves working in a facility with 6 scan rooms, performing approximately 16 ultrasound scans and 25 mammography scans per day.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• No weekends, holidays, or on-call duties
• Orientation: 1 week, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Equipment & Systems

• EMR: CERNER
• PACS: CHC
• Mammography and ultrasound equipment by Hologic

Required Qualifications

• Certified Mammography Technologist - ARRT (M)
• Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R)
• Arizona Mammography and Radiology License OR ARDMS Breast Ultrasound Certification
• Breast imaging experience (mammography and/or breast ultrasound) is mandatory
• If holding a mammography license, ARRT Breast certification is preferred
• BLS Certification

Additional Information

• No floating assignments
• Radiologist on site
• IV skills are a plus but not required
• Dress code: Teal scrubs
