Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Laboratory Technician

Job Description
The laboratory team is responsible for testing samples such as blood, body fluids, and tissue to assist in diagnosing diseases, illnesses, or conditions requiring medical attention. Testing is performed 24/7 for hospital inpatients and emergency room patients, as well as outpatient and clinic specimens.
The laboratory is licensed under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments Act (CLIA) and accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP).
Required Qualifications
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) through ASCP, AMT, or an equivalent credential is required at the time of application.
