Schedule

• Days, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift (40 hours/week)
• Dress Code: Business Casual

Patient Population

• Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric

Caseload

• Approximately 10 patient visits per day

• Cardiopulmonary Conditions:

  • Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

Assessments and Documentation

• Fall Risk Assessment
• Gross Motor Assessments
• NextGen Group/Concurrent Therapy documentation

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS certification
• Experience working with Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patients
