Job Description

Join a busy Therapy Department providing both outpatient and inpatient services. The department offers a variety of rehabilitation services including:

• Physical & Occupational Therapy
• Speech Therapy
• Hydrotherapy
• Pelvic Health Therapy
• Dry Needling
• LSVT Big and Loud Program
• Pain Management

Physical Therapy Services Include:

• Pelvic Health Therapy
• In-patient Hospital Care
• In-patient Nursing Home Care
• Out-patient Clinic
• Local School Visits
• Home Care Visits

Patient Populations Served:

• Orthopedic
• Neurological
• Developmentally Delayed Pediatric
• Musculoskeletal Injuries

Facility Overview

• Rural health facility with acute care beds, long-term care beds, and a full-service clinic
• Provides a wide range of services including radiology, occupational therapy, physical therapy (with hydrotherapy pool), speech therapy, home care, hospice, and more
• Serves Sheridan County and surrounding areas including parts of Canada and North Dakota

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Montana
• Specialty: Rehabilitation Therapy
