Job Description

• Provide medical care and support to patients in their homes, focusing on individual needs and recovery goals.
• Assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer medications, provide education, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Deliver compassionate and comprehensive care to terminally ill patients and their families, emphasizing comfort, quality of life, and end-of-life support.
• Monitor patient conditions, ensure patient comfort and safety, and document care provided.

Requirements

• Experience in both Home Health and Hospice nursing.
• Current Montana RN license.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• BLS certification.
