Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Therapy (Contract)

Location: New Oxford, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments for residents.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve mobility, safety, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with rehab team, nursing staff, and other healthcare partners.
• Document services using Net Health (training provided if needed).
• Support a positive, resident-centered culture within the therapy department.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Experience in senior care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible, compassionate, and professional approach to patient care.
• Two-step PPD or TB skin test within 30 days of start date.
• CPR certification through American Heart Association or The Red Cross.
• Covid vaccination records or exemption required.
• Background check and fingerprinting required.
• Physical exam performed by a physician, PA, or nurse practitioner required.
