Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation Therapy (Contract)
Location: New Oxford, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments for residents.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve mobility, safety, and quality of life.
- Collaborate with rehab team, nursing staff, and other healthcare partners.
- Document services using Net Health (training provided if needed).
- Support a positive, resident-centered culture within the therapy department.
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing.
- Experience in senior care preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible, compassionate, and professional approach to patient care.
- Two-step PPD or TB skin test within 30 days of start date.
- CPR certification through American Heart Association or The Red Cross.
- Covid vaccination records or exemption required.
- Background check and fingerprinting required.
- Physical exam performed by a physician, PA, or nurse practitioner required.
