Outpatient Physical Therapist – Contract Position

Location: Buckeye, Arizona
Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks)
Shift: Days (5 days per week, 8 hours per day)
Hours per Week: 40

Job Description

• Provide physical therapy services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Manage an active patient caseload of 25-30 with 12-13 visits per day.
• Treat orthopedic conditions including but not limited to:

  • Achilles Tendonitis
  • ACL Tear
  • Post-operative back pain
  • Calf strain
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Disc Herniation
  • Fractures and Stress Fractures
  • Generalized Low Back Pain
  • Headache
  • Meniscus Tear
  • Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis
  • Plantar Fasciitis
  • Postural Dysfunction
  • Rotator Cuff injuries (non-surgical and post-operative care)
  • SI Joint Dysfunction
  • Spinal Stenosis
  • Thoracic Outlet Syndrome
  • Total Joint Replacement
• Utilize case management and fall risk assessment tools.
• Dress code: Business casual.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification

Additional Information

• All compliance, billing, and assignment management handled through a designated platform.
• Prior travel experience is not required.
