Unit Profile

  • Department: Social Work
  • Number of Openings: 1
  • Unit Beds:
    • Unit 2 West: 28
    • Unit 2 East: 24
    • Unit 3 West: 33
    • Unit 3 East: 23
  • Patient Ratios: 12 patients per staff
  • Patient Population: Adults, unhoused individuals, substance use disorder (SUD), psychiatric patients
  • Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: Cerner

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) license in Arizona
  • LMSW, LCSW, LAC, or LPC license
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LMSW within the last year
  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling (Master’s in Addiction Counseling not accepted)

  • Common Diagnoses/Treatment: Substance Use Disorder (SUD), Auditory and Visual Hallucinations (AVH)
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced
  • Dress Code: Scrubs in pewter/gray color
