Patient Ratios: 12 patients per staff
Patient Population: Adults, unhoused individuals, substance use disorder (SUD), psychiatric patients
Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: Cerner

Required Qualifications

Valid LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) license in Arizona
LMSW, LCSW, LAC, or LPC license
Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LMSW within the last year
Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling (Master’s in Addiction Counseling not accepted)

Additional Information

Common Diagnoses/Treatment: Substance Use Disorder (SUD), Auditory and Visual Hallucinations (AVH)
Work Environment: Fast-paced
Dress Code: Scrubs in pewter/gray color
