Number of Staff: 15 total
- Day Shift: 5 RNs, 5 endoscopy technicians
- Night Shift: Call only
Patient Ratio: 1:1

Required Skills & Procedures

Colonoscopy
EGD (Esophagogastroduodenoscopy)
ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography)
EUS (Endoscopic Ultrasound)
ION / Bronchoscopy / EBUS (Endobronchial Ultrasound)
Endoscope reprocessing

Typical procedures performed include ERCP, EUS, Bronchoscopy/EBUS, and EGD/Colonoscopy.

Requirements / Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 1 year of experience as an RN in Endoscopy specialty, with experience within the last year
Proficient in EGD, ERCP, EUS, ION / Bronchoscopy / EBUS procedures
Skilled in endoscope reprocessing
Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

Work Schedule & Call

Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
Hours per week: 36
Call Requirement: Approximately 4-7 days of call per month
