Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Missouri
- Long Term Acute Care (1 year of experience)
- Long Term Acute Care experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Ventilator/tracheostomy experience
Role Summary
- Provides care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with state nurse practice act and hospital policies
- Uses critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to support safe patient care
- Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education
- Delegates patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
- Provides direction and supervision to assigned personnel
