Location: Riverside, California Employment Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 36
Assignment Details
- Unit: NICU, 4th floor
- Beds: 21, flexing to 37
- Staffing: 60 staff. Day shift has 1 charge nurse and 10 nurses. Night shift has 1 charge nurse and 10 nurses.
- Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3
- Typical Procedures: Line placement, intubations
- Scrub Color/Attire: Purple
- Weekends and On Call: "At least every other" (as stated in source)
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care) experience, minimum 2 years
- NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care) experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience working with NICU Level 3 patients
