- Unit: 4th Floor (Med Surg)

Unit Details
- Beds: 34
- Patient ratio: 6:1
- Support staff: Unit secretary on day shift; patient care technicians (PCTs) on all shifts
- Floating: Will float to other departments based on need
- Documentation: Uses an electronic documentation system
Schedule
- 3 twelve-hour shifts per week
- 4 weekend shifts per schedule
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 2 years of Med Surg experience
- Med Surg experience within the last year
Facility Certifications
- Level 1 trauma
- Comprehensive Stroke Center
