Job Overview

Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Employment type: Travel
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour shifts, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
Hours per week: 36
Weekend/holiday coverage: Every other weekend and holiday rotations
Call: Required

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN/LVN license in Wisconsin
BLS
1 year of Skilled Nursing experience within the last year
Med Surg experience
Epic experience

Unit Details

Adult inpatient rehabilitation setting
High-acuity patients
Patient ratio: 1:7
May be asked to help with CNA tasks and answer call lights for patient safety

Additional Notes

No current float requirement, but may float to a satellite inpatient rehab facility within about 20 minutes in the future
30-minute unpaid breaks are mandatory unless approved
Two 15-minute paid breaks are provided for a 12-hour shift
Staff may not stay past shift end without approval
