Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS
Rehabilitation experience within the last year
1 year of rehabilitation experience
Med Surg experience
Skilled Nursing experience

Preferred Experience

Med-surg experience
Inpatient rehabilitation experience

Schedule Details

Every other weekend and holiday rotations
Call required

Additional Notes

Does not accept local candidates
May be required to float to a satellite inpatient rehabilitation facility within 20 minutes in the near future
High-acuity patients
Nurses assist CNAs and answer call lights for patient safety
