Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (OR) Travel Position

Job Description

• Provide nursing care in the Operating Room (OR) setting.
• Work schedule: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Facility Overview

• Multi-campus hospital system with a 323-bed main hospital and a 222-bed secondary hospital.
• Expanding with a 42-bed addition planned for September 2025.
• Offers trauma services, comprehensive stroke care, bariatric surgery, orthopedic care and joint replacement, robotic surgery, cardiac and vascular services including open-heart surgery and interventional procedures.
• Accredited as an ACS Level I Trauma Center.
• Four critical care units have received AACN Beacon Awards for Excellence.
• Outpatient services include primary care, advanced imaging, wound and hyperbaric care, cardiac rehabilitation, and specialty surgical and physician practices.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) nursing experience, including experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

• No prior travel experience explicitly required.
