• Monday to Friday, 5-day work week
• Closed on weekends and holidays
• Approximately 48 hours per week

Job Description

• Provide nursing care in a specialized Gynecological Oncology outpatient setting
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including gynecologic oncologists, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, social workers, and patient service representatives
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in oncology
• Manage high acuity nursing tasks, including triage nursing both over the phone and in person
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with varying daily responsibilities
• Critical thinking and ability to transition between tasks are essential

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Maine
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in Med Surg
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in Acute Care
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in high acuity nursing, including oncology or other high acuity expertise
• Operating Room (OR) experience, with at least 2 years total and experience within the last year
• Nursing triage experience, both by phone and in person
• Oncology nursing experience
