Setting: Operating Room with 5 ORs
Staffing:
- 5 Full-Time RNs (including Manager and Boardrunner)
- 2 Part-Time RNs (one on FMLA)
- 3 PRN RNs (4 open FT positions)
- 12 Surgical Techs
Shifts:
- Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 1 manager, 3 RNs, 1 day/evening nurse two days a week, 1 attendant, 12 techs
- Evening Shift: 1 nurse on call, 1 evening nurse until 7pm two nights a week
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Equipment: Basic OR equipment including cautery, video monitors, arthroscopy equipment, positioning equipment
EMR System: Meditech

Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) in Operating Room (OR)
Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year in specialty
Required Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
Required Skills:
- OR circulator experience
- Ability to fulfill rotating call schedule (minimum one weeknight call per week and one weekend call per 5-week schedule)

Call Rotation: Weeknight and weekend call rotation required
- At least one night call per week
- At least one weekend call per 5-week schedule
