Job Opportunity: CT Tech (Travel)

Location: Aventura, Florida
Employment Type: Travel

Job Description

• Work Days: Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday
• Must be able to perform both X-Ray and CT procedures
• Unit Information:

  • Emergency Department with 11 beds
  • Staffing: 1 technologist per shift (Day and Night shifts covered by CT Multimodality technologists)
  • Equipment: GE CT scanner, GE X-ray room, GE portable X-ray
  • Documentation Systems: Meditech, GE Centricity PACS
  • Call Requirements: Yes

Requirements

• Certifications:

  • ARRT Registry – CT, Radiology
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Licenses:

  • Florida State Radiology Tech License
• Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Tech
• Additional Preferences:

  • Ability to function independently
  • Previous travel experience preferred (not required)

Typical Procedures

• CT scans on all anatomy
• X-rays on all anatomy

• Scrubs: Black

Contract Length

• 13 weeks
