Position Details
- Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN)

- Unit: Trauma Surgical Unit (MS/Tele Trauma 7S)
- Patient Population: Acute care trauma, surgical, orthopedic, and urology patients
- Patient Ratio: 1:6
- Work Schedule: 36 or 48 hours per week, every other weekend, holidays as required
- Float Requirement: Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals
- EMR System: Meditech
- Dress Code: Solid Navy scrubs
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Parking: Available
- Patient Facing: Yes

Requirements
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing
- Licenses:
- Registered Nurse license in Alabama or Compact license (No temporary licenses accepted)
- Must be registered in NURSYS
- Certifications: AHA BLS or Red Cross CPR
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience overall, but will consider 18 months under highest professional license
- At least 1 year experience in the specialty (trauma/surgical nursing)
- Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required
