Shift Staffing:
- Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 3-4 RNs, 1-3 Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), 1 Unit Secretary
- Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 3-4 RNs, 1-3 PCTs
Patient Ratios: 1:5 to 1:6
Equipment: Telemetry monitors
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Used

Required Skills & Experience

Telemetry experience required
Strong cardiac background preferred
Step-Down/Progressive Care Unit (SD/PCU) experience preferred

Line placements
Dialysis

Certifications Required

BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

Additional Information

Floating Areas: Med/Surg, PCU (if experienced)
