Job Description

The PCU/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for:

Providing care to patients using the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
Demonstrating critical thinking skills and scientific judgment.
Planning for the safe delivery of care.
Maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education.
Delegating patient care priorities based on the education and experience of available staff.
Providing direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS
Uniform: Navy Blue Scrubs
