Job Opportunity: Echo Tech (Echocardiography) - Travel Position

Location: Springfield, Missouri

Position Details

• Role: EP Tech (Echocardiography Technician)
• Number of Openings: 3
• Shift: Days, 5 x 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7 AM - 7 PM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: As required by facility
• Call Requirements: Yes

Requirements

• Licensure: RDCS or RCS
• Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association) required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years performing echocardiograms
• Skills: Must have 2 years of relevant experience
• Float Requirements: As required by facility

Job Responsibilities

• Perform Transthoracic Echocardiograms
• Work with inpatient and outpatient populations
• Perform echocardiograms both in the department and portable settings

• Dress Code:

  • Scrub Color: Black
  • Unacceptable Attire: Torn clothes, open-toed shoes, not wearing scrubs

• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required for all travelers from November 1 to April 1 (declinations not accepted).
