ICU Registered Nurse

Location

Job Type

• Travel
• 12-hour shifts
• Night shift

Schedule

• Variable day and night shifts
• Every other weekend
• Every other holiday
• May be placed on call during low census
• Call back minimum: 2 hours

Assignment Details

• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
• Start date: ASAP
• Floating may be required to other units and nearby facilities
• Radius rule: must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Wisconsin
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• BLS
• ACLS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• NIHSS
• One travel assignment preferred

Unit Information

• ICU and IMC unit with 10 beds
• May also float to medical-surgical care
• Typical ratios:

  • ICU: 1:2
  • IMC: 1:3 to 1:4
  • Medical-surgical: 1:5 to 1:6

Additional Notes

• EPIC experience preferred
• Any color scrubs allowed
• Flu and COVID vaccine declination requires masking at all times during flu season
