Contract Length: 13 weeks

Provide professional nursing care to a group of patients during assigned shifts.
Utilize nursing process, current nursing trends, technology, and resources to deliver patient care.
Perform initial patient assessments and develop, implement, and modify individualized plans of care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of nursing care.
Monitor IV sites every 4 hours and start new IVs according to policy.
Identify changes in patient status and respond appropriately.
Participate in staff meetings and uphold departmental competencies.
Promote patient and employee safety by reporting and addressing hazards.
Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Demonstrate initiative in professional development and learning.
