Nuclear Medicine Tech

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona
Employment Type: Contingent Labor
Contract Length: Approximately 13 weeks

Job Overview

Prepare and administer radioactive isotopes to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
Work under the direction of radiologists, supervisors, and radiology management.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, residents, support personnel, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain safety guidelines for self, patients, and support staff.
Ensure excellent patient service through effective communication and proper technique.
Maintain flexibility to staff various locations, shifts, and shift lengths.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support optimal patient care.

Work Schedule

8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
Start times between 6:00 AM and 7:30 AM.
Must be able to work varied hours, including responding to an on-call pager for days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Required Qualifications

Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Arizona.
Nuclear Medicine Technologist with at least 1 year of experience.
Experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist within the last year.
