Technologist - Interventional Radiology (IR)

Job Description

Work 36-40 hours per week; overtime billable after 40 hours
Required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) unless the unit is closed
Orientation available on specified dates
Use of EPIC EMR system
Call back and on-call opportunities with additional compensation

Required Qualifications

Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Iowa
Minimum 1.5 years of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
Experience with thrombolytics
Active ARRT certification
Active RCIS or CCI certification
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab/CCL in a hospital or medical center setting
Proficiency in Endovascular procedures

Additional Notes

Candidates must pass a clinical interview pre-screening with a local area code
Employee separation policy restricts certain past employees from working travel contracts in this market
Overtime, holiday, call back, and on-call pay multipliers apply as per policy
