Overview

Travel/Contract RN assignment in Knoxville, Tennessee
13-week contract
Auto offer with bi-weekly orientation
Day shift: 4x10 hours, 6:45 AM–5:15 PM
40 hours per week
Call required: 3–4 nights per week and every other weekend
Holiday rotation required
Float required to other services, including General, Ortho, GYN, Urology, Robots, Plastics, and ENT

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
CVOR (1 year of experience)
CVOR experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Circulate experience
Conscious Sedation experience
Must be able to pass EKG testing before the start date
Unit-specific skills checklist within the last year
2 supervisory references
7-year work history with no gaps over 30 days without explanation
Drivers License/State ID
Background check
SSN Trace
Physical exam within 12 months of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
TB questionnaire
Drug testing within 45 days of start
Flu vaccine or approved exemption, if applicable
Color blind testing within 12 months prior to start
Core Part I, Core Part II, and Core Part III
Competency exam
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam
State License 1 Verification
NURSYS Verification
