Endoscopy Technician with 2 years of experience
Endoscopy Technician experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Assist physicians and other healthcare providers during endoscopy procedures
Support patient education and interaction to help build confidence and cooperation
Distribute supplies and perform equipment maintenance, decontamination, and setup
Follow local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to protect privacy and safety

Review and sign job description and conduct-related documents before start
Complete emergency contact form before start
Complete TB screening questionnaire within 90 days of start
Provide negative TB clearance within 90 days of start
Complete physical exam within 1 year of start
Complete fit test within 1 year of start
Complete respiratory safety clearance before start
Complete drug screen within 6 months of start
Complete background check and required sanctions/exclusion searches before start
Complete employment history verification and skills checklist
Provide required immunization documentation, including flu-season compliance when applicable
