GI Lab RN Travel Contract

Overview

Specialty: Registered Nurse
Location: Dayton, Ohio
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Schedule notes: Option for 5x8 day shifts; every 3rd weekend; call depends on skill level

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Endoscopy experience within the last year
2 years of endoscopy experience
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Experience with Epic

Very busy unit
Government-issued photo ID required
Current resume/application required
2 references from within 2 years of start, with at least 1 from a manager, supervisor, or charge RN
Skills checklist required within 1 year prior to documentation due date and updated annually
Physical exam within 2 years of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray required
Drug screen required within 12 months prior to documentation due date
Flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season
Annual health questionnaire required
Candidate agreement required
Respiratory safety clearance required within 1 year of start
Medical questionnaire for respirator protection required prior to orientation
Background check required

EPLS/GSA/SAM check required
