Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
• 1 year of Physical Therapist experience in an outpatient setting
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Preferred Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS preferably from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat physical therapy patients by physician referral or direct access
• Supervise physical therapy assistants under a PT plan of care
• Treat injured workers and support return-to-work planning
• Use facility modalities and exercise equipment
• Perform post-offer testing, Work Hardening Evaluations, Functional Capacity Evaluations, ergonomic evaluations, and job analysis
• Supervise cleaning or organizational tasks and direct PT technicians
• Answer phones, schedule patient visits, and take referrals
• Maintain communication with referring physicians and rehab nurses
• Assist with billing, marketing, business development, and community outreach
