Operating Room

Role Summary

  • Travel/Contract Registered Nurse role in Metairie, Louisiana.
  • 13-week assignment.
  • Day shift: 5x8 hours, 6:30 to 15:00.
  • 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Louisiana.
  • OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience).
  • OR - Operating Room experience within the last year.
  • One completed travel assignment.
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association.
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
  • Transplant experience.
  • Experience with Epic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CNOR.

Assignment Details

  • Float to main OR.
  • On-call required.
  • Holidays are on-call.
  • Expected to take holiday call for at least one holiday during the assignment.
