Job Opportunity: Therapy/Rehabilitation - San Diego, California

Position Details

  • Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation (Speech-Language Pathologist)
  • Location: San Diego, California
  • Employment Type: Travel/Contract
  • Contract Length: 20 weeks (interpreted from 20 as weeks)
  • Shift: Will consider either 5x8 hour shifts or 4x10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in the specialty
    • Experience working with children aged 0-3 years
    • Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
    • Experience in a children’s hospital setting
    • Pediatric outpatient experience
  • Licensure & Certifications:
    • California state license
    • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (AHA only, HeartCode acceptable)
    • CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) required
  • Preferred:
    • VitalStim certification
  • Note: School experience does not count toward experience for this position.

  • Two supervisory references verified within 1 year of start from clinical leadership (director, supervisor, or manager).
