Clinic Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 05:00 to 17:30
Equipment: Fresenius 2008T machines
Charting System: Epic (Epic Hardstop Required)
Floating: No
On-call: No
Weekends: No
Block Schedules: No
Scrub Color: Any (Scrubs provided for OR, Critical Care, ED, and Maternal Child)
Parking: No fee

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dialysis Technician within the last year
Experience with Epic electronic health record system

Training and Competency Requirements

Medication/Pharmacology Competency Exam as applicable
Skills Checklist: Required annually for applicable units
Competency Exams: As required by specialty and facility
Color Blind Testing: May be required on a unit basis
Facility-specific training modules via WorkRamp LMS platform (annual completion required)
Epic Access Training: Completion of Epic modules required prior to or shortly after start
Float Policy Acknowledgement: May be required (floating to other Providence facilities within reasonable distance)

This position requires adherence to Providence Health and Services policies and procedures.
Candidates must comply with all state-specific and facility-specific documentation and credentialing requirements.
Scrubs are provided for certain units; otherwise, any scrub color is acceptable.
No weekend or on-call shifts required.
No floating between units for this position.
